As Senior Market Analyst and Manager of Outsell’s Information Management Community, Amanda focuses on current issues critical to the IM role. This includes serving as a resource on topics such as best practices, emerging technologies, product reviews and comparisons, and industry trends–with the ultimate goal of supporting companies in making the right strategic decisions and growing revenue. She serves as analyst and consultant to the information managers in Outsell’s IM Community, facilitating peer-to-peer exchanges at IM Digital Council meetings and in online discussions. Amanda brings a wealth of experience in product content strategy, product development, business development, market intelligence, and content management.

Visiting the home my grandparents built in the 1950’s on Torch Lake in woodsy northern Michigan.
