Bio

In his capacity as Consulting Partner, Jim advises executives on business decisions served by Outsell’s research and consulting business. He provides senior operating experience in market opportunity analyses, competitive intelligence, data and analytics, product profitability and product strategy, strategic planning, information management, as well as market research know-how across a broad spectrum of information industry segments and methodologies. With over 30 years of information industry experience, most recently as VP & Lead Analyst for Outsell’s Information Management practice, Jim’s knowledge and understanding of industry dynamics and trends contributed to over 70 successful custom research and consulting engagements for Outsell clients.
